Post chat action settings

Post-chat action settings enable a transcript of the chat engagement to be emailed to agents, visitors, or addresses outside the system.

To configure routing rules, go to Account Setup > Workflows > Post-chat action (https://app.velaro.com/#/admin/workflows/post-chat-action). 



ControlDescription
GroupSelect the group to email transcripts after a chat has ended.
E-mail toEnter email addresses to be sent chat transcripts.
E-mail agents
  • Unchecked: transcript is not sent to agents.
  • Checked: transcript is sent to agents.
E-mail visitor
  • Unchecked: transcript is not sent to visitor.
  • Checked: transcript is sent to visitor.
