The Manage Agents screen is displayed by default.
The following options are available for users with the manager role.

- Agents: Add and remove users, set roles and set max chats for agents in groups where
- Tags: Add and edit tags that can be applied to agents. Agent tags are used in the Agent Performance dashboard.
|Canned responses||Setup and manage canned responses for groups where user has Manager permissions. See Canned responses.|
