Configure Groups

The Configure Groups controls are accessed from the Account Setup option of the Profile Menu and provide access to the following screens:

	Screen Name	Description
	Manage Groups	Add and manage groups. See Manage Groups.
	Tags	Add tags to Groups. See Group tags. Group tags are used in the Agent Performance dashboard. See Agent Performance.
