We have implemented a fix for situations where reducing the barrier to customers initiating chat to maximize engagement with website visitors is a priority. Enabling an invitation while disabling a pre-chat survey can increase chat engagement and get rid of pre-chat abandonment.
We have resolved a behavior where invitations sent manually to visitors from the Visitor Monitoring screen were failing to display for the visitor on your website. This feature allows fine tuned manual targeting of visitors on your website providing a unique way to engage with specific customers.
