Agent Menu
Below is the console menu as it appears for an agent.

1 | Velaro Icon (home) |

2 | Visitor Monitoring | Displays the visitor monitoring screens. |
3 | Engagements | Displays the chat engagement screen. |
4 | Canned responses | Displays the agent's custom and group canned responses. |
5 | Engagement report | Displays the engagement report for the agent's chats. |
6 | Minimize Icon | Minimize the information panel. Available when the user is on the engagement screen. |
7 | Agent-to-Agent chat | Internal chat that allows 1:1 conversations with other agents logged into Velaro. |
8 | Profile Avatar | The profile avatar displays the users display name, profile image, and availability. Clicking on the profile avatar opens the profile menu. |
Manager Menu
Below is the menu as it appears for a Manager. A Manager has access to all engagements and reports. Access to modify canned responses is in the Admin Account Setup section. (https://app.velaro.com/#/admin/responses).
Administrator Menu
The administrator has full access to all engagements and reports. Access to modify canned responses is in the Admin Account Setup section. (https://app.velaro.com/#/admin/responses).
Viewer Menu
Below is the console menu as it appears for a Viewer. The view can only see the dashboard, reports and the Agent Performance dashboard. Users with the viewer-only role cannot take chats or administer the system.
