Agent Menu

Below is the console menu as it appears for an agent.

1Velaro Icon (home)
  • Displays the dashboard for users with Administrator or Manager role access
  • Displays the Engagement screen for chat agents.
2Visitor Monitoring

Displays the visitor monitoring screens.

3EngagementsDisplays the chat engagement screen.
4Canned responsesDisplays the agent's custom and group canned responses.
5Engagement reportDisplays the engagement report for the agent's chats.
6Minimize Icon

Minimize the information panel.

Available when the user is on the engagement screen.

7Agent-to-Agent chat

Internal chat that allows 1:1 conversations with other agents logged into Velaro.

8Profile Avatar

The profile avatar displays the users display name, profile image, and availability.

Clicking on the profile avatar opens the profile menu.

Manager Menu

Below is the menu as it appears for a Manager. A Manager has access to all engagements and reports. Access to modify canned responses is in the Admin Account Setup section. (https://app.velaro.com/#/admin/responses).

Administrator Menu

The administrator has full access to all engagements and reports. Access to modify canned responses is in the Admin Account Setup section. (https://app.velaro.com/#/admin/responses).

Viewer Menu

Below is the console menu as it appears for a Viewer. The view can only see the dashboard, reports and the Agent Performance dashboard. Users with the viewer-only role cannot take chats or administer the system.
