Velaro v20.5.15 Release notes

Summary

This release includes some usability improvements to the Velaro Knowledgebase as well as some general improvements to the application to facilitate customer edge cases. The majority of the work was ongoing back office system upgrades

Bots

  • Required postchat surveys will no longer prevent bot chats from closing

  • Knowledgebase articles with long titles shown in a Bot conversation will no longer be covered by navigation buttons

Knowledgebase

  • Improved visibility of images in a knowledgebase article

Netsuite

  • Added the ability to create Cases directly from an already selected Lead

Single Page Applications

  • Added ability to manually force the Velaro application to reload as though on navigating between pages, for websites built in a single page application

Password Reset Emails

  • Updated the password reset email to allow the reset link to be manually copied to allow users with email managers that remove links to reset their password
